Mymomsablizzard made it four wins in-a-row at Saratoga Casino and Raceway on Friday night (July 6). The dynamic trotter won her fourth consecutive feature at the Spa with leading driver Billy Dobson at the controls.
The Allan Johnson-trained six-year-old moved out to the early lead and kept rolling along, setting fast fractions throughout while leaving plenty in reserve for the stretch drive.
In fact, Mymomsablizzard (Cr Excalibur) was well in hand at the wire after scoring in 1:56.1 for her eighth win of the season and fifth victory in the $18,500 Friday feature at the Spa.
Longshot Rodeo Red (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) came on for second while Jezzy (Jay Randall) held third. Mymomsablizzard has emerged as the mid-season favourite for Trotter of the Year at Saratoga.
