This Sunday, July 8th from 12 to 4 p.m. Hanover Raceway will open its backstretch to the public for their annual open house.
Those who attend will get an inside look at the sport of harness racing, including tours of the barns and buildings, an information workshop from racing participants, and the chance to drive a racehorse around the Hanover track.
Lunch will be provided at this event and all are welcome to attend, free of charge.
Those interested should show up to the backstretch entrance at Hanover Raceway, located on Seventh Avenue in Hanover, across from Hallman’s Chevrolet dealer between 11:30am and Noon on Sunday.
