Nebupanezzar's Return Delayed
May 15

Canada’s two-year-old pacing colt of the year in 2008 will miss out on the richest stake event for his group in this country, the $1.5 million NA Cup trainer Bob McIntosh told WEG’s broadcast department in an interview earlier this week.

Chris Hickey writes that McIntosh reported that the $1 million winner has a bump on a tendon which after examination has set his time table of returning to the races back a few weeks. McIntosh stated that the colt, owned by breeder Bob Glazer of Ohio, will now be aimed for a mid summer return.

WEG's Ken Middleton and Chad Rozema examine some of the possible starters in their columns this week which may be read by clicking below.
