New York Cracks Down On Glaucine

Former Ontario Sires Stakes winner Rubber Duck is one of several horses disqualified due to positives for glaucine according to a release issued today by the New York State Gaming Commission.

The trotter’s trainer, Richard Johnson, has been suspended for 45 days after Rubber Duck tested positive following races at Yonkers late last year. A complete list of horses that had elevated levels of glaucine may be found here.
